Showplayer MP12LX

The laser show player MP12LX is alow cost version of the MP12C. It is designed to connect directly to our lowcost scanner M6008, by mounting the MP12LX sandwich-like to the driver board of the M6008. This allows the creation of small sized laser effect devices. By using a Multimedia- or Secure Digital Card, the MP12LX can play back up to 256 stored shows in ILDA format.
Shows for playback can be selected via DMX signal or 8 bit parallel interface (TTL).

The MMC/SD card uses a standard FAT16 file system and can be read or written using any PC and a flashcard reader. A small configuration tool for Windows is part of the package to preselect DMX channels and adjust various parameters.

Show selection, output scanspeed, frame repeat and blanking can be controlled via DMX.
An 8 Bit parallel interface (TTL) allows the selection of shows using predefined parameters without DMX signal.

The MP12LX offers 12 bits resolution for scanners and 8 bits for each colour RGB.

The device uses the same configuration software as the MP12C, and also allows easy firmware upgrade.
